I have seen many people who claim the name of Jesus Christ, portray themselves as Christian, but their Facebook posts portray a different master. They say with their lips that they are God's children and that their lives revolve around Him, however, none of their posts show Him as their increasing passion. This is so dangerous. If Jesus is not your main joy in life, you may be deceived about your salvation (Matt. 7:21-23). When you think that you are close to God, He really will say to you, "I don't know you. Depart from me worker of lawlessness." Do not forget that your heart is exposed on Facebook. I do not suggest changing how you post to social media, I suggest that you change your heart by repenting of your sin and turning quickly to Christ for salvation! This will change your social media posts, and, more importantly, your eternal destination when you die.
